The measurement of air spaces’ volume fraction in the digital micrographs of lung’s histologic sections

It was determined that the method of images’ segmentation is more objective morphometric method than the method of point’s account and can be applied in measurement of air spaces’ volume fraction in the histologic sections of lungs and other tissues.References
