As a result of the analysis of 330 archival patient’s cards of patients with HIV/AIDS who received highly active antiretroviral therapy with the inclusion of tenofovir in the treatment scheme, kidney affection has been fixed in 1,5 % of cases only in patients with the acquired immunodeficiency syndrome, accompanying chemotherapy concerning tuberculosis and/or pneumocystosis, existence of other background somatic pathology.References
