Research of an oxidative stress, antioxidant systems, function of vascular endothelium and episodes of myocardial ischemia in 121 elderly patients with IHD (average age 78,75±0,62 years) was performed. Recovery of endothelium-depended vasodilatation, improvement of indexes of nitric oxide metabolism, oxidative stress reduction, decrease of duration and expressiveness of episodes of myocardial ischemia during treatment by metabolic cardioprotector as a part of complex therapy throughout 3 months in these patients were shown.References
